Hi there! It’s me again, Kira. I haven’t really been posting anything exclusively related to manga so i think it’s high time i start to. As you may have known, i am an avid fan of reading and manga’s are among the media i have an obsession with. Here are some
of the many amazing and unique manga’s i am currently reading coming from various sets of genres.
Plot: An ordinary middle school student, Fujita Tatara couldn’t find any objective in life and spent his days idly. One day, a group of delinquents picks a fight with him and he is saved by a mysterious man. After that, the man surprisingly takes him to a ballroom dancing class. While being inspired by a girl dancer who goes to that school, Hanaoka Shizuku, and her partner, a genius dancer, Hyoudou Kiyoharu, Tatara starts dedicating his youth to dancesport.
Dance Sports/Ballroom Dancing is actually pretty unique subject in a manga. This is the first time i’ve encountered a manga like this so i was a bit hesitant at first but really, it was VERY GOOD. The subject isn’t the only unique part of this manga, even the art. I think it must’ve been very hard drawing dancing characters, especially in the field of dance sports where there are complicated postures, dance steps and everything. This manga made dancing guys (and girls) look really sexy even with their slicked back hair which i often found unappealing. It would’ve been nice if this will be turned into anime coz it’s hard imagining the dance routine they are doing. Haha. I highly recommend this manga. 😉
Plot: During the 31st year of Seika, the battle between the Library Force and the Media Improvement Committee reached a new level of violence. Each group has armed itself for either the freedom of expression or the “protection” of society from the bad influences of media.
Kasahara Iku joins the Library Force with the intent of finding her “Prince” who helped her during a censorship exercise by the Media Improvement Committee and with her strong will of protecting books.

I haven’t really finished reading this manga but it’s also really GREAT. There are cliché moments common to shoujo manga’s but that didn’t stop me from liking this particular piece of work along with the characters and the art style. This must be one of the best shoujo’s out there. I also learned that it has an anime but i’m a bit disappointed that (it looks like) the anime art isn’t as good as in the manga. I haven’t really watched it yet so i don’t know how to comment on other aspects but anyway, i also recommend this manga to everyone. If you love shoujo and romance, all the more so. 😀
There you have it. Until my next post! 😀
