Iย was really stressed out regarding our final project these past two weeks. Being an electronics engineering student, we had to make a particular device and make it work. We encountered lots of problems to the point where we (me and my teammates) thought we might not make it to graduation. Our final project is the most important requirement to pass this semester and not submitting it will result in a failing grade, retaking the subject and staying for another semester (coz this is our last). During those times of hardship, i am reminded of this particular quote by Winston Churchill:

success-is-not-final-failure-is-not-fatal-it-is-the-courage-to-continue-that-counts

…and it reminded me of how i should not give up and continue to finish our final project. Even if it results in a failure, at least we didn’t give up. I thought that we may feel depressed with that but we will also learn something from it. Thankfully though, we managed to finish our project and present it to our professors. Our device worked really well and our professors praised us for doing a good job! We presentedย a research paper along with the device and they said that they only found minor mistakes. Usually, presentations of final projects take two hours but we only finished it in one. We were really happy! ๐Ÿ˜€

Still, as the quote says, success is not final. We have experienced success but that’s not the end. We will surely encounter lots of challenges in the future. It mayย turn out successful but may also be a failure. But remember not to give up before everything is done. Mistakes can still be corrected and failures can lead youย to success. ๐Ÿ™‚

So that’s my first quote for this challenge. I hope you gained some important lesson from this post. Haha. Next week i’ll be away coz we have a 5-day plant (as in power plant) tour and we’ll be travelling to many places. I don’t know if i can post during that time but i’ll try. Anyway, look forward to the next two quotes! Thanks for reading. ๐Ÿ™‚
